Cyber Labs partnered with Astron Limited, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Sri Lanka, to deliver a comprehensive ISO/IEC 27001:2022 implementation consultancy and cybersecurity awareness program. The engagement focused on strengthening Astron’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) by conducting gap and risk assessments, developing policies and procedures, and embedding governance frameworks aligned with international standards.

Cyber Labs designed Statements of Applicability (SoA), risk registers, and KPI dashboards to monitor effectiveness, while training workshops ensured staff readiness. In parallel, a tailored awareness program was conducted, including phishing simulations, classroom sessions, and role‑based training to build a culture of vigilance across employees, managers, and technical staff.

By integrating ISO 27001 controls with practical awareness initiatives, Astron enhanced its compliance posture, reduced risks of data breaches, and reinforced stakeholder trust in its operations.
