Our phased approach began with gap assessments across contracts, policies, and data flows, followed by the development of privacy organizational structures, training programs, and updated procedures for data handling.

We supported Fairfirst in embedding privacy by design within software development, strengthening infrastructure controls, and implementing consent management and incident response mechanisms. This initiative enhanced customer trust, improved regulatory readiness, and established a sustainable privacy culture within the organization.
